Ever since, we've had an amazing response from all of you, we opened finally a cloud kitchen in the middle of February this year, so this lockdown situation caught us there, but no matter what we are here today thanks to you, for cheering us up, leaving us amazing reviews and comments, and for coming back ❤️

A very important part of our Tortas Ahogadas is the bread. "Birote Salado" is traditional from Jalisco, thick, crunchy crust, soft interior and simply amazing sourdough bread. It's consistency allows it to be drowned in salsa without falling apart. It's been challenging to create the closest version of it but in collaboration with simply nailed it. And yes, we are in love with it. 🥖 🖤
