Hello Beautiful souls. The next two weeks we will not be offering group or drop in classes. Instead we will be hard at work packing our property preparing to leave our healing studio space.
We thank each of you for your ongoing support and understanding and look forward to relaunching in a new space soon. This upcoming weekend we will complete our KIDS and Warriors series. Yoga for Warrior Wellness: Trauma sensitive suitable for anyone no prior experience required.
Prenatal Yoga: Suitable for all trimesters focusing on supporting pelvic health, ease back pain, improve circulation and breath work.
Yoga for insomnia: struggling with getting to sleep? Staying asleep? This 6 week series will support your sleep hygiene.
Yoga for Low Back Pain: “oh my aching back” if you’re saying it and feeling it come and join our 6 week series. You have much to gain - your quality of life to begin with.
Yoga for Brain Injuries (ABI/TBI): a therapeutic approach to engage both the mind and body making it ideal for persons who’ve experienced a concussion, ABI/TBI injury.
Yoga for Acid Reflux/GERD: Heartburn is killing me, HELP! Stop reaching for over the counter meds they only mask the problem. Strengthen your diaphragm and how small manageable changes add up to long term relief.
Youth Yoga: ages 7-15 provide classes the are accessible and inclusion friendly honouring all abilities.
