For those that didn’t hear yet, Demee taught her last class at on Wednesday at 4:30pm. Like every class she teaches, it was electric, empowering, and kicked everyone’s a$$ (in the best way of course).

Part 2 of honoring and uplifting our AAPI community! This month is about so much more than recognizing, it’s about acknowledgment and celebration of what makes us different- because what makes us different makes us special.

Meet Freddie! One of our favorite members- the beautiful energy and dedication he brings to our studio has helped us build such a beautiful community. Here’s a bit about him:

“AAPI month is more than celebrating Asian culture, food, and traditions. It’s about recognition, unity, and meaningful contributions to our community. Growing up in the Bay Area and moving to SoCal to pursue a career in the arts, I found a unique, diverse community at CycleBar. I love that I get to meet people from all walks of life here.

I used to hate working out, but since joining CycleBar Traffic Circle, I’ve discovered a new hobby that keeps me fit, and I lost about 20 pounds since I first started! The friendly competition and the supportive environment make it so much fun. Being part of this community is truly inspiring.

As a proud Filipino American, representing the AAPI community at Traffic Circle is an honor. I hope to inspire others and create a sense of belonging by sharing my journey and culture. AAPI month is a time to celebrate our rich heritage and build a stronger, more inclusive community.”

CycleBar Traffic Circle is celebrating and lifting up our AAPI instructors and members to finish off Asian American Pacific Islanders Month! A strong community is built on a foundation of respect, intentionality, appreciation, and acknowledgement of history. While we are celebrating them this month in particular, we do so every day.

Meet Lauren! You know her, you’ve seen her, you’ve taken a class with her, but she so much more than an instructor! She is a student, a friend, a daughter, and someone who always brightens your day when it needs brightening, and pushes you when you need to be pushed.

According to Lauren, “In honor of AAPI Heritage Month, I am so proud and honored to be a part of a team that celebrates our diversity and differences! Traffic Circle has allowed me to be my true and authentic self every day and I am so blessed to also create an environment where people feel welcomed and supported! 🫶🏽”

We are beyond thrilled to welcome to the CBTC team. She is so strong & we are so pumped for you all to meet her. Her FIRST class is this Thursday at 9:30am, let’s show her that CBTC love ❤️‍🔥and welcome her to our community!

“Hello CycleBar :) !! I’m Mel and I’m soooo excited to get to know all of you. This has been quite the journey to get to this point. The minute I took my first cycle class it became an addiction. I love the way it made me feel like I was partying it up and not working out. I hope I can make you all feel that way too. 🫶🏼 Cycling has made such a huge impact on my lifestyle and I’m so grateful.
