Korean-inspired restaurant offering bowls and plates with charbroiled proteins, rice, and veggies.
Flame Broiler is a healthy, quick-serve restaurant famous for its Korean-inspired menu with high-quality ingredients, craveable sauces, and charbroiled cooking. Young Lee opened the first store in 1995 to serve his community food he’d want to feed to his own family. Decades later, Young, along with his three sons, are still leading the company's mission to connect people to healthier food that tas
Introducing our Steak Bulgogi! 🥩🤩 Same juicy flavor you love 😋, now with a new name. Grab a bowl or plate at your nearest store!!
If you don’t trust fast food tofu, you’ve never had our chargrilled Organic version brushed with the completely irresistible Simply Magic sauce. 😋
Pair with veggies🥕, salad, and rice 🍚 for a quick meal that feels as good as it looks. And it looks, really good. 🤪
Veggies 🥦don’t have to be cheesy. Ditch the tired queso and bean combo for an Organic Tofu plate 🌱 with a chargrilled texture that’s enough to make meat jealous.
The best part? It’s drenched in your favorite Simply Magic sauce for a flavor that’s, you know, simply magic. 😉😋
Sometimes, the day just calls for a little spice. When the mood strikes, pair it with fluffy rice, crisp salad, fresh veggies, and a sprinkle of green onion. You’ll be glad you did. ❤️🔥
Some call it magic. We call it a hint of sweetness, a dash of spice, and a signature charbroiled zest you can’t find anywhere else. 🪄
Oh, and we also call it Simply Magic, because it is.
Not all chicken is created equal! 🐔
Some are nugg-ified. Some are raised with No Antibiotics Ever before getting a brush of Simply Magic Sauce, a fresh fire on a specially designed grill, and an extra dose of goodness in the form of Korean Spicy Sauce. 🔥😋
Both are delicious, but one will leave you feeling a whole lot better for a whole lot longer. 😉 (The second one, just in case you were wondering.)
Our signature Hot Sauce is a slow burn love story ❤️🔥 in a bottle.
When our founder Mr. Lee immigrated from Korea to South LA, he discovered the magic of Louisiana heat, and a lifelong obsession was sparked. It quickly made its way from his heart to our menu. Try a shake (or two, if you’re brave) and you’ll see why.
Food to feel good about! 🔥
Why burger when you can bowl? 🍚😋
If you’re craving some red meat, beef up your choice by ditching the patty for a charbroiled Angus Beef upgrade. Rice 🍚 satisfies that carb-y, starch-y vibe, and our fresh veggies 🥕 are what that burger’s lettuce wants to be.
Swap that for this and see how you feel. (Spoiler alert: waaaaaay better.)
If you guessed rice, you guessed right! 🍚
Our third Hangul highlight of some of the tastiest characters in the Korean alphabetic system takes us straight to the base of many of our bowls, “밥”.
Pronounced “bap”, this character specifically represents cooked rice. Because it’s such a staple in Korean cooking, “bap” is often used as a shorthand to represent meals in general. If you ate eggs for breakfast, you’ve had “bap” without even touching a grain of rice.
Stay tuned for our next Hangul highlight. Here’s a hint to get you started: ❌🥩. Happy guessing!

Picture this 📸: it’s the night before a big game and you’re starving. You could get something greasy, but instead, you go for our Korean Spicy Chicken 🔥🐔 Bowl loaded with broccoli 🥦. The grilled chicken and broccoli work together as a starchy one-two punch to fuel you straight to the basket the next day to score the buzzer-beating shot. Everyone cheers. You get a call from the NBA and LeBron…
Okay, we can’t guarantee all of that, but we can guarantee it won’t happen without the right food to get you there. A bowl can dream. 😉
Before you hit the mat, reformer, ball, or whatever surface is going to stretch you out, make sure to fill up on protein! 🌱😋
Our Angus Beef 🐄is a delicious way to start any sentence or bowl. Pair it with veggies, white rice, and fresh green onion, and you’ve got a whole symphony of goodness 😋 that’ll have you feeling light on your feet all day long. Drop your go-to bowl combo below! ⬇️⬇️
When the food’s this good, your lifting session starts with the fork🍴. Pro-tip: pack your bowl with double the lean meat by pairing our NAE Chicken 🐔 with Angus Beef 🐄 for a protein boost that’ll keep you fueled through whatever the workout has in store. 💪
Back at you with a hot, fresh new Hangul highlight. ICYMI, we’re taking you on a culinary journey through the traditional Korean alphabetic system, one ingredient at a time.
"소고기" (pronounced as sugogi) translates to “beef,” one of our favorite ingredients to brag about. Not only do we only use Certified Angus Beef because it’s the best of the best, but all of our beef is marinated in classic Korean bulgogi style before it meets our piping-hot, custom designed grill (and then your mouth).
Keep an eye out for the next in the series — it’s something in-grain-ed in our DNA, if you want a hint. 😉

Flavor favors the bold, and so does the taste bud-tingling magic of the Seoul Scorcher.
Waves of heat give way to Korean-inspired notes of gochujang (AKA fermented Korean red chili paste) and sesame for a spicy roller coaster ride that’ll make you sweat in all the best ways.
If you’re a human on earth lately, you’re probably going to play pickleball sometime soon. And you’re definitely going to need some fuel to do it. Enter our NAE Chicken Bowl, packed with lean protein, white rice, and steamed veggies to keep your energy at a game-winning high so every serve can be, well, a serve. . 😀😮
Ever wished 🌟 you could bottle that fiery 🔥 sensation that only comes from a jalapeńo bite that’s juuuuust right? So did we.
Our Jalapeño Hot Sauce 🌶️ is a perfectly spicy nod to Mexican flavors with our signature twist of Flame Broiler flavor. It’s the kind of heat you can’t beat. 🥵
Ready for a quick anatomy lesson? 🤓
This bowl starts with a classic base of white rice & mixed veggies, then gets topped with a healthy dose of scorchingly good Korean Spicy Chicken and finished with a sprinkle of green onion. 🔥🔥🔥
What’s in your bowl?
Spicy Chicken
This is Hangul, the Korean alphabetic system. This is how you write “chicken” (AKA one of our favorite ingredients) in Hangul. It is pronounced "dak gogi".
This alphabet is one of the only languages whose consonants are designed to mimic the movement of the mouth, tongue, and lips when making the sound.
Stay tuned for more Hangul Highlights as we showcase our ingredients through the traditional lens! 😁🔥
