C E N T E R E D— a limited style created out of a challenging moment.
Towards the end of last year, I was mentally and physically wiped out. Breathing was hard, sitting was painful, sleeping was inconsistent. Organs inflamed, muscles constricted, pain in areas I never knew I could have, energy was low. I couldn’t help but think of all the wild reasons I may be feeling this way.

Dialing back after the holidays, giving myself some slow days, and creating some daily/weekly/monthly rituals got myself back to a better place. Adopting new practices always seems daunting to me when I feel like life is already too busy, but I started slowly in places that may be not ideal but it was much more important for me to take on the practices and to keep going. Taking the time for this has been impactful on my body and mind. Still healing and learning. I hope everyone can take a slow day for themselves 🌀

Thanking our lucky stars often these days so we made some Lucky Star pieces. 💁🏻‍♀️⭐️

Adding few new things at the shop this weekend while I still dance to Miley’s Grammy performance.

Our doors will be open after a little remodel for our neighborhood Market at ! A variety of vendors will be out here this Saturday 2/10 from 10-2pm. We hope to see you after this gloomy week!

GOODBYE and THANK YOU 4th street! I am filled with gratitude when I look back at the 5.5 years (‼️) I’ve been with the community 🥲. Every business in Retro Row truly work so hard to give the neighborhood something special and it is truly inspiring. Although we won’t be on the street, we are not gone. Our energy will be put into our Norse Way Village location. We will continue to host monthly events at and more! Hope you stick around and see you soon! ❤️
