2nd annual DR Horton trip started off a little windy but the 44 person 11 boat trip ended with solid catches and good times. I can’t thank all the Gulfport Charter fleet enough for lending a helping hand. Especially .mark_wright for helping me put it all together this year. I don’t know a final fish count but all the boats brought in numerous redfish, trout, triple tail, etc…

WORLD RECORD ALERT! #🚨
This past summer we did something special off the Mississippi Gulf Coast! Me and my good buddy’s set out to break the Small Fry World Record for Tarpon with Ms.Adelynn Covington. We stategized all winter on the logistics of bringing in a tarpon for a live weigh and release and it worked out perfectly on the first try! Ms. Adelynn fought the tarpon like a seasoned pro with the guidance from her dad Rimmer Covington and momma helped make it a breeze.
This was by far the best moment of my career!

What a day! D.R Horton crue put it on em! 33 people, 9 boats, 30 plus redfish, and 1 beautiful Tarpon!

Biggest fish I’ve ever seen on the side of my boat and did an amazing job on the reel! Special day tarpon fishing with her big brother! Measurements est 200lbs.
We love what we do and the month of September is only going to get better!

The 2nd annual C**n Ass vs Redneck tarpon tournament is in the books! Those Cajuns came to our home field and got the back to back win! The Grand Isle Tarpon Club is something special. Friendships that will last a lifetime!

Our Story
Capt. Jeremy, born and raised on the Ms. Gulf Coast, has fished the coastal waters his entire life. He is a 100 ton USCG licensed captain. He has worked on overnight charters to Chandeleur Island aboard the Southern Belle gaining valuable experience like no other. Capt. Jeremy is highly experienced and proficient fishing along the Mississippi barrier islands and Louisiana marsh, as well as deep sea off shore fishing. Along with chartering, Team Still Water fishes many local tournaments and has taken home top honors in Speckled Trout and Red Fish divisions.
