The Afri Bar, LLC, has most recently decided to incorporate a question and answer session during their upcoming town hall meetings that will address the ongoing topic of race, racism, homophobia, and race relations within the gay community for the purpose of keeping our property habitable, enjoyful, and safe as the safety and enjoyment of our guest enhances our community, resort, and environment for all guests and employees.

Notwithstanding any Afri unity Days, stigma and discrimination for some Black and African American gay men who are gay or bis*xual who maintain relationships with men and have s*x with men can increase their chance of experiencing violence which can include behaviors such as bullying, teasing, harassment, physical assault, and suicide-related behaviors and the primary purpose of the Afri Bar Men's Spa rules, policies, and regulations is to lessen the effects of homophobia, stigma, and discrimination by curating an environment free of fear and oppression for all Guests.

The behavior of s*xual predators which may result in targeting, stalking, s*xual assaults, bullying, teasing, harassment, and physical assaults is strictly prohibited in all Afri Bar men's spas at all times.
Our Guest’s s*xual health is always a top priority. Your s*xual, physical, mental, and social state of mind reflects upon your s*xuality.

The Afri Bar will be held harmless for any actions that may arise between consenting adults as safer s*x is always encouraged. The Afri Bar encourages honest discussion between Guests if questions arise regarding one's status and the disclosure and negotiation of one's status are key elements of safer s*x.

The Afri Bar may provide free, readily available condoms and may offer free HIV/STI testing (at our discretion) onsite as a courtesy resource to help you make the best decisions about your s*xual health.

The Afri Bar Mens Spa Terms and Conditions applies to all Guests whether African American, Black, or Unity Days.

As the Afri Bar, Afri Resort is just a few short years away from the completion of construction, per industry standards, The Afri Bar, LLC, will employ a strict set of health and safety policies that will address both the needs of employees and Guests as the Afri Bar has carefully curated an environment that favors social recreation, stimulation, and social activity while we champion an environment free of fear and oppression.

While legal protections may vary across the continent of Africa regarding g**s and lgbtq's, beyond South Africa there isn't one African nation outside South Africa that protects gay Africans and their desire to become one. As the CEO and founder of the Afri Bar LLC, and Urban Ground Resort & Residence, as an African American myself, determined by origin, and a Black American as determined by color, I am offended that not one Country on this list protects a gay African outside of South Africa.

Yet, homos*xuality itself predates South Africa and is present all across the continent of Africa as even Africans themselves discount their own histories for what I describe as a gay contest.

For those who cannot understand there is an intent and a purpose behind the Afri Bar that goes beyond governmental, religious, and societal contest, there "is" an intent and a purpose behind the existence of The Afri Bar and it is not a contest.

Notwithstanding our initial debut of proposed renderings beginning May 1, 2024, due to size, location, limitations, and capacity, the Afri Bar, LLC, has modified our initial plans to fit one of our desired and proposed location(s).

We are pleased to share a proposed rendering of our Hollywood, California location, which spans approximately five acres +/- and allows us to establish the Afri Resort presence in the prestigious Hollywood, California region.

At this time, the Afri Bar, LLC, intends to keep all previously proposed, advertised, and promoted events and infrastructure within our initial proposals incorporated into the newly proposed layout of the Afri Bar and Afri Resort.
