This was a fun one! We teamed up with our good buds while bonding over our love of golf and the sandman, we dreamt up All in the HIIPS! Making a WCIPA that was truly a balance of both our house brewing styles. Starting with a super pale malt base to showcase the massive punch of Mosaic and Riwaka we threw in both the kettle and dry hop, then just a kiss of Hop Kief to round it out! Booming with big notes of dankness, pink grapefruit, melon, and fruit from the tropics!

We realized that in the 5 years of Ambitious we have never done the classic combo of only Citra and Mosaic in a west coast, so we went big with this one to make sure it really stood out! Brewed with Citra T90 and Citra Dynaboost in the whirlpool and dry hopped extensively with Citra and Mosaic. Intensely aromatic with a huge punch of fresh dankness, citrus and resin! A true homage to the classic west coast style!

Mango Suman - Rice Lager with Mango and Coconut 🍚🥭🥥

Brewed with rice + raw coconut in the mash then conditioned on toasted coconut + mango puree post fermentation. Full bodied, subtle fruit with a crispy finish. Mango, Coconut & Vanilla on the nose with some notes of Honey & Papaya on the palette. VERY NICE!

Honored to be a part of ’s Celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander month. They collaborated with 4 breweries of AAPI influence and plan to drop 4 releases this month with each participating brewery. Be sure to keep a look out for all of their releases!

We did a home and away collab of two different beers (1 brewed here in Long Beach, and a different beer brewed in San Diego to be released later this month) It was super duper fun hangin with Aaron, Jake and Jasper talking shop, adjuncts, golf, life, travel and everything in between. Thats what collabs are all about!

A homage to our beloved Gandalf the Crisp NZ Pils, but made into an IPA. This freshie is packed with the entire fruit basket! Loaded with all the tropical fruits plus a big bang of key lime, melon and a very tantalizing herbaceous finish.⁣ Zippy, crisp and refreshing. What else could you ask for?

Welp! We went for it, a Saison collab!? We’ve been dreaming up what a fun idea could be for quite some time with our buds and why not a double dry hopped saison with some pretty fun euro hops and yeast! We even got our hands on a limited cryo version of Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc to toss in to make this thing punch! Bursting with tons of extra fruity bubblegum, melon and some nice citrus. It’s a hoppy crusher! ⁣
