Dear Fernbrook Park Guests,
As you are all aware, the State of Texas as well as Gregg County declared a Health Disaster Declaration on March 19, 2020. All County and City offices are currently closed. Several State Parks are also closed. In an effort to protect all of our Guests and all of our Employees, the following actions will be implemented temporarily effective today:
1. All office business will be conducted by phone. Payments will be made by credit card or by placing cash or checks in the drop box outside the office. Please contact the office when you are dropping payments in the drop box.
2. UPS and Federal Express shipment will be delivered directly to your site. Please put your site number on any shipments.
3. Mail deliveries will be placed in your mailbox. If you have a package that will not fit in your mailbox, you will be contacted to come to the office for pick-up. Call the office when you are on your way to pick-up your package and we will place your package outside the office on the table provided.
4. The Fernbrook bathrooms and showers will be closed until further notice.
5. The Laundromat will remain open. We will put a notice when the facility is unavailable while cleaning.
6. The Clubhouse will be closed except during inclement weather.
7. Miss Mary’s Place will be closed for the Spring Wedding Season.
Please do your part in taking this quarantine seriously so we can all resume our normal lives.
