Writing this post has brought up a flurry of emotions for me. I am grateful for all of the relationships I’ve formed with each and every one of you. I’m thankful for the opportunity to provide for my family thanks to all of your support over the years. When we first started this little business I couldn’t even fathom the amount of growth we were able to achieve, and it truly was thanks to all of you. From our start up online & in our garage (The JA OG’s know what I’m talking about) to opening our storefront location (which was truly a dream come true.) So much has changed since our humble beginnings: the growth of my family, the growth of the store, navigating the murky waters of shutdowns through Covid, and now a shift of focus. Time with your children is so absolutely important, and I just have not been able to dedicate the time or focus that is needed to run our retail storefront. So it is with a heavy heart that I make the announcement that we will be closing our retail location at the end of this year. I know that this is the best move for our family, but we will miss seeing all of your faces! We will be posting information on sales to clear out the store within the next few days. 🥰 On the plus side this will be the perfect time for you to load up on gifts for others (or yourself), stash away items that are out of season, and to help send us out with a bang. 😉 🎁

🥰 I also want to give a shout out to Matt for always pushing me, encouraging me, & believing in me, even when I didn’t. Thank you for always being there to create/build/inspire whatever we needed for the store and supporting me with 110% of everything that we did with the store. I absolutely know that none of it would have been possible without him. 🥰🥰🥰 🤟 😘

A few requests in closing:

♥️ Please share your favorite memory you have with us (in store visits, live sales, conversations, garage pop ups, who remembers the glittery teal floors?)

♥️ We will also be clearing out all fixtures/furnitures & our space will be up for lease if you know of another business interested in expanding or pursuing a retail storefront please reach out to me. (The community of friendships inside The Merk & Downtown Longview are something I will always cherish & be thankful for!)

♥️ We are currently set on a schedule of Thursday-Saturday, but can expand hours or schedule appts as needed! If you would like to see additional hours please let us know below!
