The Rutherglen Mansion was from 1926 thur 1929 by J. Mr Reuben Grendahl has owned the mansion since 1970. he purchased it for a family home. When he retired from the Merchant Marines, Reuben started the process of refurbishing the Mansion. In 1997 Reuben started the restuarant business.
