🇺🇸 The LEDCO offices will be closed today in honor of Independence Day. 🇺🇸

The LEDCO offices will also be closed today in observance of Juneteenth.

City of Longview offices will be closed in observance of Juneteenth on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Longview Transit, the public bus transportation system, will remain open on normal schedule through the holiday.

The Longview Public Library and Broughton Branch will be closed, but outside drops will remain open. Also, the Wednesday Summer Reading Club performer, Wildlife On The Move, will still go on as scheduled at the Pine Tree Elementary School Auditorium at 10:30 a.m. and a special Juneteenth Book Spotlight presentation will be shared on the Library’s page later in the day.

The Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center will be closed and Longview Animal Control will be off Wednesday, June 19. They will resume services on Thursday, June 20.

Trash will be collected on regular schedule on Wednesday, June 19.

We are honored to be attending the 40th Annual National Association of Workforce Development Professionals Conference in San Antonio this week. This event brings together thought leaders, professionals and enthusiasts in the field, providing a unique platform to share knowledge, explore emerging trends and celebrate our collective achievements. LEDCO is proud to be part of a community committed to excellence and progress in workforce development.

🎲 The LEDCO team is out rolling the dice and making connections in Vegas today! 🎲 It’s always a pleasure representing Longview and recruiting businesses and retailers to our growing city.

Each year, the Longview, Chamber of Commerce, coordinates an InterCity Visit. This year’s trip is taking place this week, and participants are spending time in Lexington, KY.
