We are thrilled to announce that we are launching brand new Jiu Jitsu and Grappling classes that will take your fighting skills to the next level! Our new classes are designed to help you become stronger, faster, and more confident in your abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fighter, we have something for everyone.

Our new classes include:

Gi Jiu Jitsu: Learn the art of Jiu Jitsu with a traditional uniform that allows for a variety of techniques.
No Gi Grappling: Discover the unique techniques of the Hayastan Grappling system.

Today, February 27, 2021; I lost my dear friend Robert Morales.

“Bob” as we called him, was one of my closest friends since the first day I stepped foot in America. He was one of my black belts that became part of my family. He was the kindest , most caring person I knew. He was like a grandfather to my children. His presence and aura was one filled with joy, happiness and positive spirits.

I spoke to him yesterday, an hour before he passed. So this news makes it tougher for me to grasp. I lost my father, and my coach a few months ago, and it’s tough to lose a friend you saw as a older brother and family member.

I will miss the days we spend together, miss the times we laughed, trained and enjoyed on vacation with our families.

I wanted to take the time to share, and remind everyone to continually spend time with loved ones, close friends, grandparents and more... life, as long and strenuous it may Seem, is often to short... times like this remind you of how important family truly is.

Ես կորցրեցի իմ հայրը 88 տարեկան հասակում: Նա խաղաղ կյանքով անցավ իմ եղբայրների, մոր և ես իր կողքին: Ես ավելին չեմ կարող ասել, քան այն, որ հայրս իսկական մարտիկ էր: Տարիներ շարունակ նա պայքարում էր սրտի հիվանդությունների և օրգանների անբավարարության դեմ: Բժիշկներն ապշել էին, թե ինչպես է հայրս դեռ ողջ մնացել: Բազմաթիվ վիրահատություններից և շատ բժիշկների կողմից մեծ խնամքից հետո մենք կարողացանք ևս մի քանի տարի պահպանել հայրիկիս կյանքը: Նա տեսավ, որ իր թոռները մեծանում են և ունեն իրենց երեխաները, նա պետք է սիրելի ժամանակ անցկացներ իր ընտանիքի հետ և լինել այն մարդկանց կողքին, ում նա սիրում է թանկ: Ես իմացա, որ մեզանից ոմանք ձեռք են բերում այդ մարտիկների ոգին ՝ տեսնելով, որ իմ վատ օրերը հայրս պայքարում էր, որ ողջ մնար: Նրա ցանկութուններ ևս մեկ օր անցկացնելու ընտանիքի հետ քանի որ նա հիանալի մարդ էր, լի էներգիայով, խարիզմայով և հումորով; մեծ հայր և ամուսին մինչև վերջին շունչը: Նման դեպքերում ընտանիքն ամենակարևորն է, և մենք բախտավոր ենք, որ այդպիսի սեր հյուսված մշակույթ ենք և շրջապատված ենք նրանց կողմից, ում սիրում ենք, հարգում և խնամում: Մենք կեզ հավիտյան կսիրենք և կարոտելու ենք Սիրելի Հայրիկ, բայց գիտենք, որ դու ապրում ես ներքին և հավերժության մեջ: Հանգստացեք իշխանություն հայրիկում, Բարև ասեք Պապիկին և Տատիկին:

August 5, 2020: I lost my father at the age of 88. He passed away peacefully with my brothers, mother and I by his side. There’s not much I can say other than the fact that my father was a true fighter. For years he struggled with heart disease and organ failure. Doctors were astonished at how my father was still alive. After multiple surgeries and great care by many doctors we were able to sustain my father’s life for a few more years. He got to see his grandsons grow and have their own kids, he got to spend beloved time with his family, and be around the people whom he loves dearly.

I learned where some of us obtain that fighters spirit, seeing my father in his worse days fight to stay alive. He would endure what he had to, to spend another day with family. My family will cope with his death but be sure to celebrate his life, as he was a wonderful man, full of energy, charisma and humor; a great father and husband to his very last breath.

At times like this, family is what is most important, and we are lucky to be such a close-knit culture and surrounded by those who we love, respect and care for. We will love you forever and miss you, but we know you live internally and in eternity.
