Favorite Feature at 1133: My favorite feature at 1133 is the outdoor BBQ area because you can enjoy the views of Downtown while hosting outdoors with friends and family.

Favorite Local Spot: My favorite local spot would be for brunch then head over to the rooftop bar area to grab some drinks.

Favorite thing about living in DTLA: What I love about the neighborhood is that it feels residential even though we are in the city. There isn't as much loud traffic and the convenience to the freeways is a plus.

This gorgeous view of the sunrise over is getting us ready for Lakers season! One of the perks of living at 1133 Hope is being able to cheer on LeBron in person and then being able to walk home after in just a few minutes! Let us know if you're headed to a game this season in the comments! 📸

Whether you're picking up a latte or need fresh roasted whole beans for your upcoming week, one of our favorite stops is ! Locally roasted, small batch coffee beans are available Tuesdays at the cafe in DTLA and you can even get it sent by to your door! We can't wait to brew the perfect cup! 📸

My Favorite feature is the Rooftop deck because it is a 360 view of Downtown. It is a very beautiful sight to see at night!

Best local spot?
My favorite local spot in South Park is it is a restaurant that has a walk up dining area. The atmosphere is very fun and lively you can come dressed casual or dressed for a night on the town. It is a great place to have brunch or dinner.

What is your favorite thing about the neighborhood?
What I love about the neighborhood is that you have access to local convenience stores, Starbuck’s, Restaurants, , and the all within walking distance. South Park’s neighborhood is a fun environment filled with historic landmarks as well.
