There’s always a little🪄 magic 🪄 behind the madness in this business 😉. It was a Sunday and I was about to hop on a flight to attend a work trip in Florida when I got a call from Michael in a bind. He was a week past his close date with another lender who was unable to perform - placing his transaction at risk and his earnest money deposit in jeopardy.

We convinced the seller to grant him an extension through the end of the month to close. Thanks to the wifi in the sky, I was able to collect documents and package his loan, ready for underwriting, 30,000 ft above ground.

From there, we received Loan Approval in 4 days, the Appraisal back at value in 5 days, Cleared to Close in 10 days and funded the loan in 15 days… all with 2 days to spare on the clock!

What a ride (quite literally)! Congratulations again Mike.. I wish you so much happiness and memories in your home, sweet home.
