What are some of the issues you have with your skin? Mine? Honestly, I naturally have dry skin. I remedy that by drinking a lot of water 💦 and having a daily routine so I stay moisturized. Using my body spray oil is something that is essential to my routine. I spray my body everytime I get out the shower (on damp skin). This makes it easier for my skin to absorb the oils. Consistency is key with all things and skin maintenance is no different.

Finding fresh flowers in LA really isn’t hard! I went to the flower market down and grabbed some roses, dandelions and a few other babies💐 Now to dehydrate them and make some more bath salts! ❤️❤️

Lavender oil is something new that I just got into…AND I LOVE IT! It lessens acne, helps to even skin tone, and reduce wrinkles. I usually use it at night because the scent of lavender relaxes me. 🌙
