This is what we know so far - Lee was found deceased at 7:30pm 0n 8/31/23 in downtown Las Vegas.

Fred, Gena and myself are preparing to keep Home Advocates and Lees Legacy alive. He was a brilliant man and we are determined to keep his dream of helping agents and homeowners across the nation a reality.

Thank you to the core people who were notified earlier this week by either Fred or myself for NOT posting anything on social media prior to the family and next of kin, until details were confirmed.

I will be putting a collage and memorial video together please email photos and your favorite memory of Lee to [email protected].

CNBC reports Here’s how much equity U.S. homeowners have lost since May

Homeowner equity peaked at $11.7 trillion collectively last May, after home prices jumped 45% since the start of the pandemic.

In September, home prices fell on a month-to-month basis for the third month in a row.

Since July, the median home price has dropped by $11,560.
The historic run-up in home prices during the first two years of the pandemic gave homeowners record amounts of new home equity.
