Finally perfected the cut of my Buko Flan Pie! 😬

Clearing up space in my camera roll made me realize how much baking I did since the beginning of the lockdown. I bought my madeleines pan 3 years ago and finally used it when we were stuck at home.

Been getting a few requests for some avocado dessert and I know I have to make it taste similar to the simple avocado, milk and ice that we’re all used to, though adding those vanilla wafer will definitely take you to a different level. 🥑
