Less is more 🙌🏽 In Ayurvedic teachings, early fall is a time to release excess heat stored in the body from the summer. This can manifest as dry and itchy skin, hair fall, and lent up anxiety and irritability.

To release excess heat, focus on hydration foods, lots of water and herbal teas, try to avoid caffeine, practice gentle detoxing rituals like saunas and cold plunges, and ground down in nature.
