Our September recipe: Cocoa Nib Overnight Oats, featuring a brand new product in collaboration with our local friends at ! Cocoa Nib Miso is now available to purchase on our website or theirs.
INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Shared Cultures cocoa nib miso
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsp hot water
Maple syrup or honey (to taste)
Fresh fruit
Fresh mint
1 tsp of Dandelion Chocolate cocoa nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour 1 tbsp of chia/flax seeds into a 16 or 32 oz mason jar.
Mix 1 tbsp of cocoa nib miso with 2 tbsp of hot water in the mason jar.
Mix the oats and milk into the jar, making sure to incorporate the cocoa nib miso and chia seeds well.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Top with mint, fresh fruit, cocoa nibs, and sweetener before eating.

On our third collaboration with Deux Cranes, called City of Lights, Michiko Marron-Kibbey draws inspiration from her time she spent living in Paris. Known for her blending of Japanese and French culinary traditions, this 16-piece bonbon set recalls the flavors and textures of classic French pĂątisserie - her Tarte aux Agrumes et Chocolat draws inspiration from a French lemon tart, while the Croissant Chocolat et Amande pays tribute to Parisâs sweet, flaky almond croissants. Our August Recipe of the month is a Chocolate Panna Cotta by chef of . His second location recently opened in the Mission, and weâre thrilled to be such close neighbors. He uses Dandelion in this recipe thatâs on 's menu, and now you can make it at home! Thereâs a bit of Early Grey cream, âangryâ caramel, and topped with candied cocoa nibs.
