Costume Designer Ellen Falgiuere attends the Los Angeles and Atlanta premieres for Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot, executive produced by Letitia Wright (Black Panther) and starring Nika King (Euphoria) and Demetrius Grosse (Fear The Walking Dead). The film is inspired by the 1990s true story of a church in Possum Trot, TX led by Bishop Martin and his wife Donna Martin, that inspired the families of their small town to adopt 77 of the hardest to place foster care children and orphans in the foster care system. The act transformed the lives of the children and sparked a nationwide movement, rallying everyday people and communities to address the adoption crisis with compassion and action.
