I can't believe I am saying this, but can this be the Hayat's Kitchen killer? Yes, yes it can.
If you love Lebanese cuisine just go try this place out.
Our family and friends are die hard Hayat's Kitchen customers/fans because quite frankly nothing in the valley comes close if you looking for authentic Lebanese cuisine and flavors.
Well there is a new contender in this category now and might I even say, perhaps a new winner.
I have not tried the usual meze spread we tend to order at Hayats with larger groups, but from what I tried at lunch, the food was equal or better than Hayats.
On a side note the owner is a sweetheart and she clearly knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to Lebanese cuisine.
Just go. Seriously. Get up and go right now. You won't regret it.

This place has such great food! I came here with my friend SJ for my birthday and he ordered Hummus with Meat, Mouhammara, Kibbeh Nayyeh (drizzle olive oil on it, rub with garlic sauce and put a mint leaf on it and enjoy), Makanek, Arayes, Kibbeh Makliyeh (4 pcs), Cheese Rolls, Fattoush Salad (with chicken)!!!
These thing were AMAZING! The service was great!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants authentic Lebanese dishes!!
Thank you for everything guys, keep up the great work!

Lebanese Cuisine Ranked Among the 6 Healthiest Ethnic Cuisines!
#1 Japanese #2 Vietnamese #3 Indian #4 Peruvian #5 Greek #6 Lebanese
This is what they had to say about Lebanese food:
"This centuries-old cuisine is packed with a long list of ancient, healthy ingredients. One that’s gaining in popularity in the U.S. is freekeh, a whole-wheat grain that’s low in fat; high in protein, fiber, iron, calcium, and zinc; and known for keeping blood sugar levels in check. Lentils—a good source of fiber, manganese, iron, and protein—and chickpeas are other staples of Lebanese cuisine. The latter is used to make hummus, which can lower cholesterol."
