The art of bread making 🤩🇫🇷
Being a bread baker is a tough job in a bakery. You wake up at 2am, work on hundreds of different breads with different flour, different shapes, and different times of proofing and baking.
Water, humidity, and weather all play a part in our bread!

Big shout-out to David and Thibaut that are taking care of all our fresh breads coming out every single day! On top of croissants and pastries, of course😅

If you haven't tried it yet, come get your loaf. We can slice it or not. Made with water, flour, yeast, and salt only!👌🥖

For the 4th year, we are organizing our special 14th of July Petanque tournament!!!🤩🥳🇫🇷🏆

Plenty of great savory and sweet food, Pastis of course, the petanque tournament and prices foe the finalists!🥖🥐🧀🍕🥪🥗🍫🍰🍓

Come have fun with us at the park in front of the Bakery at the Cahuenga location!

We love getting together with all the French people looking to celebrate together, but also having you guys bring your American friends who wanted to learn about Petanque!

Last year, the winner never played Petanque🤣 AND it was a created team because they came alone! So don't be shy!
