We served: -mushrooms honey goat cheese tart topped with whipped sour cream and we changed the gougères for:
- whipped cream cheese tomato sauce with heavy cream and plenty of spices. It was like a one bite calzone but much lighter 🤩👌

2 years in Culver City, and it's time for us to say goodbye.👋🙏
We had an amazing time there with you all. Thank you to all the regulars that came every day for their treats, lunch/dinner, baguettes, and everyone else for their support🥰
We have a lot of other projects and have lots of work ahead of us at our first location in Cahuenga blvd, that this was the best decision for us and our family.
We are so grateful to all the very kind and amazing staff that work with us over there and handle it like champs!
We are excited to tell you that there is a very delicious company taking the place over very soon after their remodeling! I am sure they will make this space live up to what it deserve again!

No worries⚠️ we are still here in our first location and will offer special day deliveries for the holidays!🥳🎄

We had an amazing time and are so happy with what we created there, but we are also happy to keep moving with our business and to have someone else taking over that location. It won't be a bakery but still very good🤩😋

Our last day is this Sunday, October 27th.
Come say goodbye that day! It's the perfect day as we celebrate Halloween and will be handing out lots of Candy! The city organizes that great event, and we will be happy to say hi one last time!!

Back to a couple of months ago when we had to prepare a 3D heart,1100 choux, Croquembouche for a wedding happening in Santa Barbara, alongside hundreds of entremet.❤️
This piece wouldn't have been possible without Mickey, our engineer friend, who created that 3D foam heart and worked so hard on it countless times!🙏
Thibaut, once again, created that piece on paper before making it into real life.
Thank you, Celine and David, for all your help with countless hours of hard work💪💪
And of course, thank you, Jeremy, the other engineer who made it happen, came to help the whole day as always, and delivered it in one piece 2 hours away with thibaut.
