Call us crazy, but we can't get enough of these unusual cuts! Here's our current favorites - a very unique 2.03ct pear shape alongside a 1.77ct portrait cut. They're so different, yet both so eye-catching!

These beauties are all 1ct each and similar in cut, yet unique in detail. A step cut, royal crest cut, and tycoon cut - all incredibly striking by their own design!

Just acquired this crazy piece! The violet stones are a rare crystal called Sugilite. We're calling it the "Jester Ring" - it's a strange piece for sure, but somehow we can't stop staring!

Sending these two off to GIA today! A totally dazzling 5.02ct radiant cut and another shield step cut, this one at a cute 1.59cts.

At 3.8cts this step cut kite shape looks huge! It's always a treat when a unique stone comes our way, a especially one that packs such a punch! 😱💎

Mother and child on mother of pearl! This early 1900s Cartier plique-à-jour Catholic motif has us in awe. VERY RARE, with only a few of these made and attributed to only the most famed craftsmen of the house of Cartier, including René Lalique, founder of the renowned Lalique glass and jewelry arts.

We've been so captivated by this pink topaz and moonstone! We love finding antique pieces with such lovely bursts of color. 🌙🌸

Nothing says cute like a tiny Victorian cluster ring in 9k gold. Awe!

To keep up the high spirits of Friday, here are two pieces showcasing a brighter style of antique mourning jewelry - both feature accents of seed pearls, as the bracelet encapsulates some dearly braided strands of hair, and the ring depicts a traditional scene of mourning. The ring is dated November 12, 1789 - a true reminder that our jewelry can withstand the test of time!

You might recall this early deco/late nouveau Tiffany & Co. ring - both the platinum mounting and star sapphire center just needed a bit of extra care. We are so pleased with the glow that was brought back to this piece following some light conditioning work! It's characteristics of age and style are still retained, but it's true luster has returned!
