A Little about Coach Lala
Born in Seattle yet raised in Los Angeles with roots in The Dons, Baldwin Hills and Ladera Heights. Proud alumna of Howard University and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Coach Lala is driven by servant leadership and passionate about building up others.
Becoming a professional trainer.
Coach Lala was extremely active her entire life, but she didn't see that same activeness amongst her family. She wanted to discover a way to both empower them and herself to redefine active living. Her purpose became evident with her father's passing from a sudden heart attack linked to "morbid obesity" the year she became a personal trainer. That's when she realized it was bigger than her and her family. She became -" How could I help people live a longer life so they could enjoy more time with their loved ones”?

Our members here at YOUBE are writing their next novel, creating their new film pitch, working on a court case, managing their e-commerce store, and so much more. We are so please to be here.
