So if you haven't heard... the Steel Pit has closed its doors and Erik & George are moving on enjoying life.

Last week I went to go check out the Blue Palms on Hollywood Blvd to watch the Steelers game there against the Lions.

They had very good specials while the game was on. $4 specials on beers, ales, and IPA's that normally range $5-$9.

The food I ordered was great! I tried the Breakfast burrito and the Lobster Mac & Cheese which was awesome, and washed it down with a couple of Habanero Sculpin Ales which was great considering I love spicy foods!

The Owner and Servers are STEELERS fans too!

I plan on going tomorrow for the 10am game against the Cleveland Clowns!

Member Review for Steel Pits Sports Grill 7279 Foothill Tujunga CA 91042 I love the Steel Pit because it is not a place for geeky 20 somethings. It has a lot of gray hairs--we don't sit with cell phones--instead we actually talk to the person sitting next to us! Of course it is cool that kids are let in, and I have no problem with an outdoor smoking area for those still addicted. It has a lot to offer. Thanks.
