In the midst of the pandemic, our visionary co-founders, the dynamic mother-son duo and , embarked on a heartfelt journey to create MOSH 💜 Born from their personal journey after Maria lost her father, Sargent Shriver, to Alzheimer’s, Maria + Patrick’s mission to encourage every generation to nurture their brain health actively was ignited. It's a mission to revolutionize the way we nurture our minds, starting with the simple convenience of a nutritious snack in your pocket, all while fueling the fight against Alzheimer’s.

At MOSH, we envision a world where taking care of our brain + body health is as routine as daily exercise, where knowledge fuels action, and where every snack is a step towards a supported brain + body.
