Another Thursday. Another Throwback.⁠ 📺 This throwback beer was Ian's Staff Batch Ambrosia Gose, a fruit-forward sour inspired by the classic heavenly dessert.⁠

🍊 LA Seltzer was a batch we first brewed back in 2020. There were two flavors released in this series. The first being Blackcurrant and the second being Orange Mango. Which one was your favorite?

Another favorite for our Throwback Thursdays: WINTER WISH ✨ Released at the beginning of 2021⁠, this Winter-Spiced Pastry Sour was packed with flavor and deliciously tart.⁠

💜 Winter Wish was a Winter-Spiced Pastry Sour brewed with Black Currant, Cranberry, Sweet Cherry, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Brown Sugar, and Lactose.

It's Throwback Thursday! 😎 We wanted to look back on 2021 to some our favorite beers we've created. Here is Tiki Goldmine, a Rhum BA Pastry Sour released back in July '21 that made us feel like we were on a tropical island.⁠
