Hello September! Celebración del día de la independencia Monday September 16th. Mexican Independence Day commemorates the day Father Hidalgo, a priest and leader, called for Mexico’s liberation from Spain after an 11-year battle in September 1810. The celebration begins at 5 pm and lasts all night with $10 Margaritas (in lieu of HH specials) & Live Mariachi 7-9 pm.

The altitude of the region is a mid-height desert forest with a unique wet to dry climate throughout the year. The Lime soil in the region and the terroir minerals are key elements for the growth of the magueys in their natural eco-system. Tanshil is a very rich and fruitful land surrounded by natural water basins that help the conservation
and reproduction of the plants and wild life.

Added to our collection is the Maguey 'Coyote', Maguey Tobalo, Maguey Pinchumel, and the Vinta Solar, the first mezcal to be distilled only using solar energy.
