Tiffany Crystal
Hi, I am Tiffany, a Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Fitness Trainer, and mama to be!
After working 10 years as a professional model in Los Angeles, and dealing with my own health issues, I felt the calling to live a more balanced, holistic lifestyle. From our cells to the surface of our skin, I am passionate about wellness and self-care. I throughly believe in the miraculous benefits from moving our bodies, feeding them well, and loving the skin we are in it. I hope to capture my journey into motherhood in the most authentic honest way.

First Trimester Recap as a FTM I've read, I've watched, I've listened for year about all of the info on being pregnant. But nothing actually prepares you and everyone is so different! Here...

I can’t have a Pop Princess birthday party without my music video!
Thank you so much to my incredible girlfriends who indulged me in my pink fantasy and made my bday so much fun! 🍾🥳👯♀️👑
Best friends don’t let each other stink. I think that should be the new slogan😂 but honestly I do love this natural deodorant and I love how tender and I are holding this bottle💗
The family that plays together stays together. Doesn’t feel like work with these amazing individuals. Happy I get to see their beautiful faces (almost) everyday❤️ even when they throwing some serious side eye👀 @ West Hollywood, California
You can buy all the expensive face creams in the world, but if you are not properly hydrated from the inside then those creams are sort of just covering up the issue. Plus, water is A LOT cheaper! Try to avoid plastic water bottles as much as possible so you aren’t also getting the BPA’s and disrupting your hormones. I aim for a gallon a day, but work up to just increasing from where you are now. You will definitely notice a change in your skin! Especially as we enter winter (or summer 2.0 in LA) it’s super important to keep our hydration levels up💦💦
After a long day outside and with the changing seasons I’ll be using this tonight. A lot of mask can be irritating to my skin, this does leave it feeling hydrated and smooth. I like to keep mine in the fridge which feels so cooling❄️
Packing in all the nutrients with a giant bowl before heading out of town to celebrate the birth of the spicy and fabulous 🎉🍷👑life is all about balance🤪
There’s always been something I love about the “first.” First of a new month, first day of the week. It’s a fresh start with endless possibilities. Or at least that’s how I choose to look at it. I’ve always used the first as a way to set new goals. With just two months left of 2018 it’s time to evaluate and dream up what I want for 2019! I definitely have been missing my heavy weight workouts and am looking forward to really getting back consistent with it. Jump starting those new year’s resolutions!🎉
Happy Halloween! Starting my day off with my favorite treat! Hope everyone has a fun and safe night🎃🔮👻
This little device is like a magic wand. I’ve had it almost a year, and at first I was using it everyday to fight off some stubborn breakouts. I now only use it a few times a week, or if I start to breakout a little. The greatest thing about it is that seriously overnight I see a reduction in the little pimple. Seriously it zaps them before it gets out of control! This one has red and blue light, the red is for collagen production and the blue helps kill bacteria. So you get a double whammy! I would avoid using it over pigmentation. I noticed my melasm would appear a little darker and I’ve read that the red light can aggravate it. But if you struggle with breakouts give this thing a try! I can’t thank you enough for introducing this to me!🙌🏼
I’ll take a night in with good friends and good food any day!
Leaving on a trip? Not sure what to pack? Well hopefully this gives you some ideas! I’ve never been stopped for bringing food with me (except for a large container of hummus). What’s not pictured here is a large salad I made with leftovers from my fridge. I also had some ground bison that was already cooked I wouldn’t finish, so I bagged it and froze it. Stayed cold the whole flight until I could get to a fridge. Also packed some headphones which I didn’t show so I could catch up on some podcast during the flight👍🏼 Also, those olives were not pitted, which put a wrench in my plan...

Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Homosalate Octisalate, Octocrylene, and Avobenzone are just some of the common chemicals found in most sunscreens👎🏼👎🏼
🔥In a previous post I mentioned about switching from chemical sunscreens to mineral based (zinc or titanium) because of the potential risk of these chemicals💥
🔥Our skin is the largest organ in our body which means its going to ABSORB what we put on it!
🔥Summer is in full swing in Los Angeles, so with a few more months left of brutal sun be sure to make the switch from chemical to mineral SPF!
🔥Look for labels with the least amount of ingredients, like this one from Keys. It uses things I can actually pronounce like shea butter, avocado oil, and carrot seed oil (a natural SPF). 🔥It is a little thick, but once I rub it in I do not notice a white cast. It is very moisturizing and may be too heavy for some with oily skin. I like to use it on days when I am just running errands, or before going to the gym. It isn't very expensive so I don't mind if I sweat it off quickly (and then re apply after!) Keys Care
Posting this because it looks pretty and I like looking at pretty food. Currently, I’m eating plain coconut flour tortillas which aren’t so pretty. After my workout this morning I feel like I’ve been hit by a WRECKINGGGG BALLLL💣🎤🎼 seriously though each hour today I’ve felt worse. Started with a scratchy throat, then body aches and now a relentless stabbing pain in my side. Super fun. I’ve been sniffing essential oils, drinking booch, foam rolling and went outside to sit. Using any homeopathic remedy I can right now, so I’m excited to see how the night progresses👌🏼any suggestions let me know!

Our hands are one of the first places that show our age! Just as important as our skin care routine is for our face we can’t neglect our hands. I for one have cuticles that are chronically dry and I probably own about 10,000 (ok...slight exaggeration) balms and salves to help heal them. In winter, we are often over washing our hands which dries them out even more and during summer we are spending lots of time in the sun without protecting them. Both of these can cause premature aging! I’ll be posting some of my favorite handcare tips soon👋🏼❤️
