Goodmorning and happy Monday church family! We loved worshiping with you this weekend as Pastor Dre continued our “Kingdom Come” series and reminded us about the Godly love that follows within and out to others when we join His kingdom. We hope you have a great week continuing to praise God!

Happy Friday, church family! Last week at our Kids Camp event the students participated in our Clothing Donation Drive and brought in a total of 10,720 items!

There will be an opportunity for you this weekend during our services if you would like to donate.

Please leave your gently used items in bags behind your car, and they will be picked up during services this weekend.

If you are interested in learning from a woman in a different stage of her walk with Jesus, FLOURISH mentee applications will be open on Friday, July 19 at 10am until we reach capacity!

FLOURISH is a year-long, scripture-based mentoring journey designed to help women of all ages flourish in their faith. Our next session will launch in October. For more information or to submit an application to be a mentee, head over to the link in our bio or visit rockypeak.org/FLOURISH.

Our Tanzania team has arrived safely and has already started going out into villages and sharing the Gospel!

In the most recent update from the team, we learned that they have been met by people eager for the Word of God and His truth in their lives. They plan to plant new churches in these villages and visit churches that have been planted on previous trips.

Please keep this team in prayer over the next week:
- For safety and protection
- For the relationships being formed and the people they meet
- For boldness and discernment to the glory of God
- For the churches being built
- For the presence of God to move mightily in their midst

Please join us in prayer over our Uganda team as they work with Africa Renewal Ministries to build relationships and serve the community of refugees in Northern Uganda. They are also partnering with IntoFocus to provide mobile vision clinics for the people in these rural areas.
 
We pray for their safety and for the strength they need each day to be His hands and feet. May the Holy Spirit fill them with wisdom, discernment, and give them the words to say in each conversation.
 
And also for each person our team has met or will encounter—that their hearts and minds would be open to see their need for Jesus and that they would choose to follow Him and walk in full surrender.
 
Pastor Peter from Gaba Community church met up with our team and shared this verse as encouragement for the work they’re doing: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.” -Galatians 6:9-10

We loved worshipping with you this morning and hearing Michael preach on “Israel, Torah, and The Power of Sin”. We hope to see you next weekend as we kick-off the new 3-week mini series, “Kingdom Come”!

Mentors are women who have lived a life rooted in Jesus and His word and are prepared to come alongside a younger woman with encouragement and wisdom.

Looking for a way to get more of God’s word in your life this summer? Well, we’ve got you covered ✨ The Life Group team has put together “The Word” boxes— scripture cards designed to keep God’s word close wherever you are!

“The Word” boxes will for sale for $20 in our on campus book store starting June 29th!

This summer, we are continuing our partnership with the San Fernando Valley Rescue Mission through a Clothing Donation Drive. We encourage you to look through your closets for gently used or new items you feel led to donate. You can leave your donations in bags behind your car for pick-up during service on the weekends of July 13-14 and July 20-21.

We’re so grateful for the safe return and great report from our Rwanda medical outreach trip!

Over the course of 5 days, our team worked with His Hands On Africa and Rwandan medical students from the University of Rwanda to provide dental care to 335 patients as well as medical care to 450 patients at Gakurazo Health Center and Rilima Prison. It is so encouraging to see these teams working together to provide health and the hope of Jesus!
