Crispy Porchetta Special tonight! Served with a grilled plum salsa verde, Chinese hot honey mustard, steamed Bok Choy and steamed white rice (serves 2-3).

This version of Porchetta by Paul and .gool is somewhere between the traditional Italian dish and the traditional Chinese “Crackling Pork” ~ seasoned with a mix of Sichuan Peppercorns, fennel, cilantro stems, mint, garlic, shallots, and chilis. The pork is garnished with a play on a Chinese “Plum Sauce” and a traditional Italian salsa verde. It’s also served with a Chinese hot honey mustard sauce, steamed Bok Choy and steamed rice.
