My posing coach says number 1 is my best. I’m working on all the posing, all the competition prep things. I’m enjoying the work & so grateful for my coaches, my team, my family, my friends for being in the car on this ride with me. My coach says he wants to “cruise me through peak week and into the show with only slight modifications…” I’ve put in the work. I’m cruising into peak week like “heyyyy let’s goooooo…” special shout out to my husband for his support & for constantly telling me how proud he is of me 💫 and to the following key players:

We’ve been working! Private gym one on one, no music no distractions. Very focused training on specific areas to learn how to connect with certain muscles.
Bodybuilding isnt all ballistic movements takes lots of mental strength and focus to zone into one particular muscle.

Now where it becomes absolutely amazing is transferring it to real life.

I would like to give a shout out to my clients for doing a great job at their first show Titans Grand Prix Championship taking 2nd in Wellness A class in the novice division and taking 5th in Wellness Class B in the open division. winning her class in Wellness Class A true novice and taking home the OVERALL title as well. She took 4th in Wellness Class B in the open division 🏅🙌🏼

If i can do this you can get yourself to make better food choices and give yourself time to work on your fitness.
