This is a new #1 and an excellent jumping on point for new readers to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, HOWEVER, it does take place in the continuity of the previous series if you were reading that for the last decade! So in a sense it is both issue #1 AND #151!

From 1997, this 2-comic set can be yours for $250! The first comic reprints 1963’s X-MEN #1 and features an autograph in blue sharpie by the man himself, Stan Lee! We have a gym’s worth of original Pokemon toys from the TOMY 1999 1”-2” size series! These are essentially the first wave of Pokemon toys and all are “9.8s” as far as toys go — no scuffs, scratches, or missing parts! These guys are CLEAN!!
