Josef Centeno returns to his fine-dining roots with daily-changing menus and both omakase tastings and family-style prix-fixe, borrowing from the sensibilities of Italian and Japanese cuisines.

• geoduck clam, oro blanco grapefruit / murcott mandarin / blood orange, charred onion & nori oil

It really feels like spring, and we’re excited to announce that we are taking reservations for outdoor dining. Seatings start Tuesday, March 9! Reservations are live on .

We’re making changes to the tasting menus with a renewed focus on spring vegetables and light seafood. 🌸 We’ll continue to make intentional adjustments, as we feel a shift in the way we want to cook and operate, after having been in lockdown mode for so many months.

We continue to take every precaution to keep our guests and staff safe. Many of our team members already have received their first doses of vaccines. So we take our next steps with lots of hope. Thank you for your continuing support! See you soon!

A rosé for winter—Nusserhof’s Lagrein rosato made from the indigenous grapes of South Tyrol. The 2018 is soft, spicy and saturated, so it has a little more weight than a traditional rosé. Organic, harvested by hand, natural fermentation, aged in oak botti for at least a year. Lots of personality, almost like a light red. 🍷 Love the color!
