All throughout Scripture we see how God blesses the humble, and sets Himself against the proud (1Peter 5:5). He desires for us to have a humble & a contrite heart before Him. It's impossible to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ with a proud heart. When one is born again there has to be an acknowledgement that we are sinners in need of a Savior, there's nothing to be proud about. But when we fully understand how sinful we are outside of Christ, and how merciful & gracious He is to save us, then we have a humbleness before Him that brings us to the foot of the cross. We must know how God delights in all those who have become His very own blood-bought children through faith in His only Son, Jesus Christ! AMEN!

Every 5th Sunday THOR’s has a Food Box give away. This month it's on Sunday; May 29th. Our Outreach Ministry is asking a donation of $25.00 per box.
