Food memory:
One of my favorite things to do when I was a kid was to eat out with my single dad. He had a big personality and a heart to match…hilarious, kind and always a good tipper.
In the 90s we would go to the restaurant next to the miniature golf course and order tostada salads. We’d talk about work, school and boys. We’d laugh so hard that it felt like a journey.
His birthday was Sunday. He would have been 72. 💚💚💚
