Rising Above is a combined showcase presented by award winning actress/producer Summer Moore and Happy Day Productions. Running for its second year in a row, ‘Rising Above’ Film Fest kicks off November 10, 2018 and takes place at one of the most prestigious screening locations in Los Angeles: Regal Cinemas at L.A. LIVE.
