Why? After arriving in the US, I was faced with a lack of quality materials to perform a traditional Russian manicure. The world's Manicure skills have been lost over the past few decades. Good quality training has been preserved in Russia and thanks to modern safe materials and tools, it has now made a positive step forward. In western countries, such as the US and UK, technicians still use acrylic as a coating and acetone as a removal method, which can be harmful to health, damage the natural nail and surrounding skin. A Russian manicure involves the use of safe rubber bases, perfect gel varnishes, the mechanical removal of the old coating using ceramic e-file bits and removal of dead skin around the nail with diamond bits. This gives the nails the perfect shape and well-groomed appearance. Working with these materials and tools requires high professionalism and quality training, therefore only 1% of technicians in the world can perform this level of manicure. The lack of the necessary products and tools prompted me to research and ultimately find my own perfect products. My team created a line of gel polishes with the perfect consistency and pigmentation; Rubber bases, builder gels for strengthening and building up, gel polish for the perfect paint and gel paint for nail art. We are continuously researching, development and testing of new products and ingredients. Currently our line consists of more than 230 products for professional use. The American beauty industry has few nail technicians performing at such a high standard. The problem is that a lack of competition breeds bad service. At the same time, clients are willing to pay 2-3 times more than the average in the market, for such a high quality treatment. At first glance, you can see the comparison between a technicians high-quality Russian manicure and the standard of their work before being trained. Our mission is to provide a quality service to introduce clients to a more advanced, safe manicure with the highest quality materials. We have opened a school where the skills taught gives knowledge to technicians who come to train with us. We now have plans to open online training courses for masters of the profession from around the world. Masters who complete our courses and use our materials quickly become leaders in their field, have a queue of clients lined up for them and are able to raise their charging rates to match the quality of their work.
