Probably the coolest thing I’ve built in a long time.
A full scale replica of the tombstone. This bad boy is 6 feet tall using a combination of carved xps foam, sculpted freeform air and coated in epsilon pro! San Diego Comic Con is fast approaching, I’ll only be down there Saturday and Sunday this year but it’s making me nostalgic for years past. My Audrey from Little Shop of Horrors is still one of my favorites, I built my little Audrey 2 the week before and had a speaker inside so I could play the cast recordings all day. Who will I see this year?

Doing a Mr Freeze makeup today reminded me of another wintery boy. I miss when we all were obsessed with . This makeup for college series was so much fun to do. I was able to recycle the costume I built for Jason Derulo and get to work with ’s killer prosthetics. I know I’ve been MIA from posting makeups and art since I got this side hustle but I’m definitely feeling inspired to do some new stuff soon!

I call this one my Hallmark Christmas movie cover, but obviously make it sapphic. Still hoping for a genuinely sweet one for the girls one day. Don’t bother recommending Happiest Season, you will be met with grumbles and sighs. The marketing did us dirty on that one. What’s your favorite Christmas movie to watch this time of year?

This was such a fun photo series to self shoot. loaned me the coolest wig that inspired me so much. I’m choosing 2024 to be the year I get back into photography in a serious way and start shooting my own monsters. I love being in control of the image from start to finish.

I’m real tired this year so this felt appropriate. I really want to cosplay as Violent Night Santa. I missed out on it last year but I finally checked it out and I love the lore and how they interpreted so much of the Santa magic.

I love my family. Having a fiancé who loves Halloween as much as I do is the best. Our first Halloween season together after the last two years apart has been nothing short of spooktacular. The Gomez to my Morticia and our little Pugsly (Willow) has been the perfect addition to our family.

It’s my birthday and it’s also Talk Like a Pirate Day which may explain some of my affinity for dressing up like one! This is from my pirate birthday camp out in the middle of the pandemic but it’s fitting since I’m gonna be spending another birthday in the woods. Only this time covered in fake blood for a movie! I love time in nature and creating art so if it’s a sign of what’s to come in year 34 I’ll take it!
