Let me introduce you to my dad Antonio or G-Pops Joe 😂, he was an amazing, fun loving guy and a huge supporter of my success. During my culinary school times, I would come home from school and we would talk about different recipes and different cooking techniques. We would fight about who was going to cook the dinners (he won) lol 😂 I did the baking. He loved pies and my cheesecake bites. Whenever I had to stay up for hours (all nighters) working on orders, he always was right there, from picking up supplies to being the delivery driver to even cleaning up behind my big orders to let me get some rest. I love you so much and it’s a huge blow to my family to lose you but we gonna do so much in your honor, everyone will feel like they know you too! 😇
