We're still on a high from our last workshop in LA, and sooooooo excited for the next event, and you should be too, especially if you wish you could re-live care-free days as a kiddo!
We're hosting Day Camp again this year on Saturday May 28th, and there will be lots of fun ways to get creative and playful, including our all abilities creative movement workshop! There will also be snacks, drinks, a photo booth, mini market place, and more!

Today is International Day of Happiness, which might be hard to wrap your brain around when there are so many challenging things going on right now, but really it's just a reminder of the impact that moments of joy can have on our well being. SO...

Been spending some time this month trying to reconnect with ourselves and thinking a lot about connecting with other people. After so much time of disconnect, we're so ready! We also think the best way to connect is by embracing your silly side with other fun lovin' folks, really being yourself, and not being afraid to show it! Some of the best times we've had look just like this and can't wait to do it again in person this year.

Our first in person workshop of the year is coming up in Los Angeles on Saturday March 5th 2022, and it is a SUPER special one! Not only will this be a FREE event, but it is also in partnership with MashUp Contemporary Dance Company’s annual International Women’s Day Dance Festival programming! 💃

Time for another edition of Mover Monday! Today we're featuring muralist, sign painter and commercial painter, Katie Vonderheide. Katie is third in our series of LA folks who we asked to make something cool after they were inspired by our Make Moves card deck.

Katie is effervescent, has a heart of gold, and a passion for changing the landscape of the city. Her work is full of precision and detail, color and draws out the uniqueness of each client's vision.
