SINGLE ORIGIN WASHED COFFEE

EL SALVADOR In the Palma region, harvest season runs from November to March, and farmers dial in on processes like washed and honey. For the washed coffees, cherries are picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove any low-density ones, then undergo a 12-hour fermentation in cherry. After that, they’re de-pulped and fermented for another 12 hours in parchment before heading to the drying phase

This coffee's wine-like body, vanilla-piloncillo flavors, stone fruit brightness, and lingering florals are a perfect invitation to slow down and savor every sip, leaving a memorable, vibrant finish.
