- working side by side with shift leads, kitchen manager and pastry chef
- leading and driving the daily operations
- working alongside and supervising the team
- maintaining quality control and guest relations
- being able to jump into any position when needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of restaurant management experience or related industry background
Job Requirements:
- Have a positive supportive attitude with your team
- communicate with all members of the organization
- open availability
- Any other tasks assigned by kitchen manager, General Manager, Pastry Chef or owner
- Past experience management experience a plus
- Scheduling- need to verse with excel!
