Nelly's Organics Our truffles are made from a unique combination of raw and organic nuts, seeds and superfoods.
I started making Energy Truffles out of my kitchen with the intent to get my kids to consume wholesome, vitamin and mineral rich foods. When I covered them in dark chocolate and wrapped them in bright foils the kids just begged to eat them! I found that my kids could eat something, they thought was candy, and I could feel very good about it. Our product is vegan, gluten free and made with 100% org

Nelly was my mom. Nelly was an amazing woman who met the challenge of raising two kids as a single parent with a lot of love & wisdom, a great sense of humor and the warmest smile. Unfortunately , she lost her battle with breast cancer when I was 18 years old. Our company is dedicated to her ❤️

Our Story
Our Bars were born out of my desire to offer my kids a treat that was a better choice than store-bought candy. After doing extensive research on how food production has drastically changed in the last 50 years, I made the important connection between the quality of our food and the quality of our lives. I learned about the negative impact of factory farming, the importance of buying organic and non-gmo, and the profound benefits of a plant-based diet. By incorporating this new approach to food and my health improved immensely. I felt so strongly about making a difference on the way people ate that I created a bar that I could stand behind…100%!
We use only the highest quality organic, non-gmo sources for all our ingredients, locating smaller farms that are more concerned with the flavor and purity of their products than their margin of profit. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do! - Carla (Nelly's daughter)
