First up, meet Will Harrison! When not working, you’ll likely find him spending time outdoors or coaching his local high school lacrosse team! Will’s passion for the outdoors and commitment to making the world a better place is an invaluable one that perfectly aligns with Kaizen’s mission.

Next, say hello to Reed Pelliconi. Reed brings a wealth of experience working with municipalities. Fun fact: Reed is passionate about golf, ice hockey, and lacrosse and currently coaches a U16 travel hockey team!

We are beyond thrilled to announce our partnership with Pima County Parks and Recreation!

Pima County is home to over one million residents and is responsible for the operation of 51 parks, over a dozen trailheads, 13 community centers, 10 pools, shooting ranges, and a campground with over 130 sites.

From the onset, our goal was clear: not only to address digital issues but to create a cutting-edge interface that reshapes the online experience for every park-goer in Pima County and provide a software solution that is as unique as Pima County itself.

Join us in welcoming Josh Zivot to Kaizen! Josh joins our talented engineering team out of NYC!

Self described as creative and obsessively detail oriented, Josh is an incredible addition to the Kaizen team and is most excited about the opportunity to help people live more fulfilling lives through community and public spaces!

When not working Josh can be found enjoying long walks through the city, exploring new places, eating delicious food, and enjoying live music.

An impressive fun fact? Josh is related to Frank Sinatra.😱

We had a great time at the Maryland Municipal League Summer Conference meeting in Ocean City! We had the chance to connect with government leaders and explore our innovative solutions for communities throughout Maryland! 🌊 ✨

Two weeks ago our incredible team headed to upstate New York for an unforgettable retreat filled with team building, strategic planning, and outdoor adventures! From kayaking through the Esopus Creek to finding our zen in yoga sessions, we embraced every moment. 🛶🧘‍♀️

We also had inspiring conversations with our amazing investors Amit Kumar from Accel and Katherine Boyle from A16z, who joined us for a deeper dive into our future strategies.

And let’s not forget the fun! We rocked some karaoke nights and enjoyed some delicious meals. Check out a few snapshots from our retreat! 📸👇

Welcoming Kelly Flathers to Kaizen! Kelly joins as our Product Design Lead.

Kelly values the parks and recreation space to get outside, stay active, and connect with her friends and community, motivated by her passion for creating practical tools that help people do good work and access new experiences.

Outside of work, Kelly can be found rock climbing outside, exploring galleries and museums around the city, and enjoying picnics in the park with friends.

WRPA - Washington Recreation & Park Association Conference 2024 is in the books! It is always a joy to explore a new city and Vancouver is no exception - a lively, vibrant, and walkable community with beautiful public spaces.

We were honored to serve as a sponsor for this year’s awards dinner and we can’t wait to be back next year as we continue to invest in the Evergreen State!
