** DAYLIGHT SAVINGS INFORMATION**
We set FORWARD the clocks this Sunday March 10th 2024(2am). I know if you are like most parents this is when you get very nervous! In order to keep your great sleeper here are a few tips.
Starting this Wednesday inch your baby's naps and night sleep EARLIER by 15 minutes every 2 days. It usually takes a few days for your child to adjust. Your child will be back to their own sleep patterns in 3-5 days.
Blackout blinds help with daylight savings time since the sun stays out later, so giving them darkness will keep their melatonin production up at bedtime.
Keep your desired awake time (example 7am) and desired bedtime (7pm) as a goal in your home.
Get outside as much as possible. Being outside regulates are body's Circadian Rhythms, so keep them active and outside during any time adjustments!
Moving the clocks forward is usually a breeze since the sunrise is later, usually moving sleep to be longer at night! Not to mention your child will get more sun in the day, helping them to produce more melatonin for later in the day at bedtime!
Good Luck!
Woohoo!! Another beautiful baby sleeping and family well rested :) ❤️❤️❤️
Happy Hanukkah 🕎 to all that celebrate
Sounds about right?! What do you think mamas ??

Peek a boo, DST is coming to you..
We set the clocks back on Sunday November 5th 2023. If you are like most parents this is when you get very nervous because your 630am waker, is now a 530am-er! Eeeek!
Scariest Halloween story right here!
Don’t freak out too much, here’s the deal (& a good plan to prepare..)
1. Starting on Tuesday October 31st inch your babies naps and night sleep later by 15 minutes than normal every 2 days.
(It usually takes a few days for your child to adjust. Your child will be back to their own sleep patterns in 3-5 days after DST.)
2. Blackout blinds help with daylight savings time since the sun comes up earlier, so giving them darkness will maintain a steady flow of melatonin production- yes! We want this!
3. If you have a child in a crib whom has a Ok to wake clock
set their “OK to wake” time 15 min later every 2 days to help them adjust. (Start this on Tuesday too)
Good Luck!
we got this!

Jet lag from long flights is awful — but here’s how you can beat it, according to this doctor Mrozinski’s tips are centered around sleeping methods and skin care to combat that temporary lull experienced from traveling to different timezones.
You are so welcome Denise! It was a pleasure to work with your wonderful family. Enjoy those precious zzzzz’s
Nothing better than getting beautiful updates like this ❤️❤️
Excellent!!!
When beginning a sleep training program it is important to train naps and night time simultaneously, but keep in mind naps regulate after night sleep regulate. This is a normal occurrence in the process.

** TEETHING **
The need to knows of teething!
Here are my beautiful girls Jordana, 12 and Ariella 10. Clearly they are sleepy heads here and enjoying their rest!
When I explained to what I do for a living, these girls have thanked me for giving them the gift I’d sleep 😴.
Giving them these tools allows them to grow and travel with ease. When the stress of sleep diminishes, traveling becomes less stressful.
For this new year, 2023 I hope to help your family achieve less stress and more sleep.
Let’s do this 💪🏻💪🏻
