Have you had Tallarín Verde? It’s Peruvian spaghetti made with a spinach and basil sauce. Topped with parmesan cheese and always served with potato 🇵🇪
Traditionally served with Bisteck Apanado on top (breaded steak), but can be topped with 1/4 or 1/2 Pollo a la Brasa (rotisserie chicken), or an egg, and it’s even great just by itself!

1/4 Pollo with Rice & Beans, Montado (egg on top)
+ side of Salsa Criolla (lime juice marinated onions)!

Salsa Criolla, compromising of finely sliced red onions bathed in lime juiced adds a vibrant burst of Peruvian flavor to any dish!
