Meet Kourtney! We had the pleasure of hearing their insights on housing insecurity, and advocacy! They have a message that they would like to share with everyone, and in their own words, “we’re all in this together”.

Breaking Barriers, Building Trust - UCLA Mobile Clinic Project
Today marks the day where the Mobile Clinic Project at UCLA is officially launching our spark campaign! The Mobile Clinic Project at UCLA is a student run organization comprising of passionate individuals working to lend a helping hand to the underserved homeless community in the greater Los Angeles area. We do this by lending an ear along with an open mind and heart to our clients who have been going through many hardships living in the streets, dealing with the many stressors that comes with it. By doing this we gain both insight and sympathy for the homeless individuals and families, understanding that these people are human beings who do not deserve to be stigmatized and ignored. It is our mission to ultimately end homelessness. However, we need all the support we can get for our goal. Anyone can aid in our mission especially those who feel the urge to help out the underserved community. Please consider donating to our Spark Campaign in which we are raising funds to improve the quality of care for our clients as well as continuing to keep our mission alive in the coming years. The video below provides some insight to what we do on a week-by-week basis – consider joining us in our goal to end homeless in Los Angeles!
