Congratulations to the Nominees for the 2022 Special Officers Election! A candidate forum will be announced when confirmed.

MAIL BALLOT ELECTION PROCESS: An outside election agency, American Arbitration Association, shall conduct the election. Ballots shall be placed in U.S. mail on Thursday February 24th, 2022. Ballots must be received via U.S. mail no later than 9:00am, Thursday, March 17, 2022. The uncertified election results will be posted on March 17, 2022, on the Staff Guild website and sent via personal email to members. The Election committee will submit the uncertified election results at the next Executive Board meeting for a vote to certify immediately following the March 17, 2022, ballot count, unless a challenge to the election is submitted.

Non-Members: The deadline to file an official Staff Guild membership application to be eligible to vote in the 2022 officer special election is January 28th, 2022. If you have any questions, please contact the AFT College Staff Guild at (323) 851-1521. Election rules can be found on AFT1521A.org.

General Membership Meeting

On Saturday, November 20th from 10AM - 12PM we will hold a Membership Meeting. It will be held virtually. This is a very important meeting in which we will give an update on Board policies 2800/2900 (masks, vaccines, and testing) and an update on negotiations of our collective bargaining agreement.

Registration is required in advance. Registration will close on Friday, November 19th at 5:00 pm so please be sure to register before that time if you intend to attend the meeting. Members can register using the zoom link below.

Once registered please do not share your registration link with others as we must confirm membership status for each participant individually and you are issued a unique link when registering.
